En plus des charges : assurance avec abandon de recours c'est à dire que le locataire ne doit pas s'assurer pour une prime d'assurance de trente cinq Euros par mois et vingt Euros de frais de gestion. NO EARLY DEPARTURE EXCEPT COMPENSATION.

The apartment is located on Avenue Hippodrome in Ixelles; a busy neighbourhood with easy access to public transport and amenities. The property is ideal for students, as it is just next to the Université Libre de Bruxelles. There is a fast food restaurant right on the corner of the building, and several shops and restaurants within walking distance.
