This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment in the Ixelles district is available to rent to postgraduates and professionals. The apartment has a small hall which separated it into a spacious double room and and open-concept living room and kitchen. The living room has 3 big windows which keep it sun-filled and is furnished with a sofa-bed, TV, and dining table.

The apartment is located on a quiet street in the multicultural neighborhood of Ixelles. You have your basic amenities a few minutes' walk away, as well as a small park, Parc du Viaduc. The closest metro stop is about a 10-minute bus ride or walk away.

What we liked the most

  • There are big windows that keep the apartment nice and bright.
  • Your visitors will be quite comfortable with a sofa-bed to sleep on.
  • The bathroom is really clean with beautiful marble tiles.
  • The apartment is in a relaxing area but has great public transport connections.

Things to keep in mind

  • The washing machine is the building hallway, but it is for your private use.
  • There is no TV in the property
