This 55 m², 1-bedroom duplex apartment available to rent is perfect for an individual or a couple. The duplex, located on the 3rd floor of a property in Ixelles, has skylight windows which keep it constantly filled with light. The apartment has a double bedroom, equipped kitchen, and 2 living room areas. With the additional living room on a mezzanine floor, you have your choice of places to relax.

The apartment is located in the heart of Ixelles, an area known for being diverse and lively. The apartment is on a residential street, but is just one street over from a commercial area with grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. You can also easily move around town with plenty of buses and a metro stop close by.

What we liked the most

  • We love the wooden floors and skylight windows.
  • The bedroom has a huge vintage wardrobe.
  • There is a 2nd living room space that is the perfect place
  • The bathroom is small but has a lot of storage space.
  • There is a washing machine, conveniently tucked away in a corner.
