What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
A quiet, top (fourth) floor open style apartment with little visual noise (oak flooring), a warming bio-ethanol fire place and a cozy terrace overlooking Brussels. The place is right next to the 'Tour&Taxi' site, i.e., a twenty minute' walk to the center of the center (Brussels-city). The closest metro station is 'Ribeaucourt', which is a ten minute subway ride to 'Art-Loi', i.e., the EU-area. Given the seven% spotahome fee (on the total rent for the entire duration), I only accept three/four month trial-leases (which can then prolonged outside spotahome). That, or the spotahome service fee is an extra cost.
