This cozy 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Rue Blaes is is on the ground floor. You get natural light from a couple of translucent windows. One is in the comfy double bedroom. The other is in the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The one-wall kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Furnishings are contemporary. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Marolles is a little corner in the downtown core. The Justice Palace, once the largest courthouse in the world, casts its shadow over the neighborhood. And you’re only 10 minutes away. The area may be all business up front, but when the sun goes down, the party starts. This area is famous for its trendy pubs and techno clubs, and for the Place Jeu de Balle flea market and vintage finds.
