This chic 2-bedroom apartment for rent on Boulevard du Triomphe is on the 3rd floor. The apartment has a furnished balcony, but that’s not the only terrific feature. There is a full bathroom with a toilet in addition to a toilet room. The double bedroom is spacious, and the single bedroom has a study desk. The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining room is bright, and the decor is comfortable with a few retro touches. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there is a washing machine on the property.
Ixelles is an upscale neighborhood with a number of beautiful and peaceful parks. It’s also an area that's filled with students attending nearby university campuses. There is a Carrefour Express just down the street and other supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. If you enjoy staying active, there is a nearby gym. There is also a rock climbing gym 15 minutes away and a nearby bowling alley. You’ll have to go a little farther away for a variety of restaurants, but there are at least a couple of spots close to your new home.
What we liked the most
- You can get downtown within 20 minutes on the Metro.
- There is a toilet room and a full bathroom with a toilet.
- You can relax and enjoy warm days on your terrace.
- There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment.
