This fabulous 1-bedroom apartment for rent on Boulevard du Triomphe is on the 1st floor. The combined kitchen, living, and dining area is sunny and has a clean, stylish decor. The one-wall kitchen is equipped, and you can access a lovely terrace from the living area. There is a washer and a dryer hidden in a closet in the toilet room. The bathroom, which has a tub, is in a separate room. The bedroom is comfortable and relaxing, and includes a large wardrobe for your clothing.
Ixelles is the perfect spot to live in if you enjoy the outdoors. Your new home is between two large parks. And there is a rugby field and a stadium nearby. There is also an indoor rock climbing gym and a bowling alley. Both the French and the Dutch-speaking Free University of Brussels are within walking distance. You can pick up items at the Carrefour Express down the street. And there are larger supermarkets within a 5-minute walk.
What we liked the most
- There is both a washer and a dryer in the apartment.
- You can relax at the end of the day on the fabulous terrace.
- The city center is just a 20-minute Metro ride away.
- You’re close to a couple of wonderful parks.
