This bright 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Avenue Roger Lallemand is on the 3rd floor. With multiple windows you get a lot of natural light filtering into the open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. Furnishings, which include a dining table, sofa with ottoman, and a sideboard with a TV, are stylish. The equipped kitchen is streamlined and the bathroom, which has a tub, is modern. The toilet is in a separate room. You also get ample light in the double bedroom and the apartment’s balcony has a table and chairs.
Your new home in Ixelles is a 25-minute transit ride away from the city center. It’s largely a residential area that’s close to a couple of lakes. There are lots of outdoor activities to be found, and lots of indoor ones, as well. You’re close to a rock climbing gym and sports complex. There is even a bowling alley nearby. You can easily walk to the Vrije and Libre universities of Brussels. There are a couple of eateries nearby, although a 15-minute walk will take you to more of them, and will also take you to the supermarket.
