Quartier de l'Université ULB, à côté du Bois de la Cambre, Communications faciles: station de trams Buyle au coin de l'avenue : trams toutes directions et un bus vers centre ville ; Gare d'Etterbeek à cinq cent mètres. Magasins (supermarché CARREFOUR à vingt mètres.). Nombreux bons restaurants à prix économiques à proximité. Depuis novembre l'assurance responsabilité locative est obligatoire : charge en + trente cinq €/mois, et en + depuis cette année , nouvelle taxe sur les meublés (quarante €/mois) sauf pour les étudiants. NOTE ;lave et sèche linge mais lave vaisselle enlevé.
