This modern, 90 m² apartment offers two fully furnished rooms for rent. The apartment features an open-plan living / kitchen area which has a sofa, a dining table, and a large fireplace which is no longer in use. The kitchen is fully equipped, with an oven and a gas stove, plus a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment also has a spacious balcony, which is partially covered, and has a sofa where you can relax on a warm day.
You will be living on Avenue Wielemans Ceuppens in the neighbourhood of Forest, 1 minute on foot to a tram station and within walking distance of two large parks. Although the area is mainly residential, you can find a few shops nearby, including a grocery store which is about a 5-minute walk away. Head along Avenue du Parc to find some local restaurants, and approximately 10 minutes along the road you will find a major junction with plenty of shopping, pharmacies, banks, and other useful amenities.
Room description
Bedroom 2 is the smaller of the 2 rooms, but has direct access to the large balcony through the bright patio doors. There are also 2 large chests of drawers. The balcony overlooks the quiet gardens to the rear of the property.

- The apartment has a really modern kitchen which has a gas stove (which any chef will tell you is the best kind).
- We love the balcony, especially for its covered area with the sofa.
- You will be living just a couple of minute's walk from 2 large parks.
- There are several transport options nearby, so commuting to the centre will not be a problem.
