A spacious and fully-furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment has rooms for rent in Schaerbeek. As both rooms come with their own bathrooms, the only shared areas are the fully equipped kitchen and the beautifully decorated living room. These couple-friendly rooms are ideal for those wanting to relocate to a nice area of Brussels with their significant others, as it provides plenty of privacy and comfort.
This apartment is situated on Grande Rue au Bois in Schaerbeek, an area with tree-lined streets with beautiful buildings. This suburban area is multicultural and often compared to the upscale Notting Hill district of London, but without the painful prices! The 85 m² apartment has gorgeous views of this wonderful area from its numerous windows.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a luminous room with big windows that look out to the beautiful street below. Furniture includes a double bed, standalone wardrobe, and a desk. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that has a bathtub.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is spacious and comes fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
- There are various transportation lines within a few minutes' walk.
- The living room is furnished with a mix of classic and modern pieces. It features two comfortable seats and a large flat-screen TV to help tenants disconnect after a long day at school or work.
- Both rooms come with its private bathrooms, offering each tenant plenty of privacy.
- The view from the windows is stunning!
- These rooms would be ideal for couples, as it provides ample space and privacy. Those who are working in Brussels would also benefit from having such a well-located and fully equipped home as their base.
- Schaerbeek is a gorgeous neighborhood often compared to Notting Hill. One look out of the windows of the apartment and you will see why!
- The apartment comes equipped with double glazed windows that block out unwanted street noise.
Things to keep in mind
- The toilet for bedroom 1 is located next to the kitchen.
- Please note that the bedroom numbers are incorrect in the video. Bedroom 1 in the video is in fact bedroom 2, and vice versa.
- Bills: Provisions for charges if 2 people per room: + 200€
