This is a cozy and quaint 4-bedroom apartment to rent in the characteristic neighbourhood of Ixelles. The property—for students only—is spacious and boasts a lovely outdoor garden and fully-furnished living area, perfect for hosting a couple of guests. The property has two bathrooms, so no waiting in line for the shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen for home cooking. Two bedrooms have single beds—one being a loft-style sleeping arrangement—and the other two have double beds.
This area is seriously perfect for the studious ones—you will be surrounded by multiple universities and school campuses, like Université libre de Bruxelles Campus de la Plaine, École Européenne de Bruxelles III and Vrije Universities Brussel. This neighbourhood in Ixelles is well-connected to the rest of the city, as it is serviced by accessible bus stops and a metro station down the road. Just across the road from you are a couple of electronic stores, one of them called Krëfel. The property is also just down the road from a Carrefour Express supermarket.
