This modern, 180 m², 5-bedroom apartment has bedrooms available to rent for postgraduate students or workers. It offers a very spacious and comfortable living space, and it is spread over 2 floors. Shared amenities include a flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, a dishwasher and central heating.

This couple-friendly apartment is located on Chaussée de Wavre, a picturesque residential and commercial street in the appealing neighbourhood of Ixelles. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the European Parliament, the beautiful Leopold Park and the Brussels-Luxembourg railway station, where you can access local, intercity and international trains. The tram, bus and metro networks are just a short walk away, allowing you to easily travel to other areas in Brussels.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated with bright accessories.
  • The living area is ideal for socialising, with a comfortable seating area, a dining table and a TV attached to the wall.
  • Rooms 3 to 5 can be rented by couples.
  • The modern kitchen is equipped with a varied range of appliances, including an oven, a stove, a microwave, an electric kettle and a toaster.
  • There is also a practical dishwasher that will help keep the kitchen tidy.
  • Tenants will have access to a common laundry room and bike storage room located within the building.
  • There is a balcony furnished with a table with chairs which can be accessed from the living area.
  • Rooms 4 and 5 share access to a large terrace with beautiful views. Both rooms also have private bathrooms.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is 1 bathroom and 2 toilets to be shared by rooms 1 to 3, and bedrooms 4 and 5 have their own private bathroom.
  • The fridge and the food storage cupboard are located in a hallway adjoining the kitchen.
  • The apartment building does not have an elevator.

How to book

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
