This 54 m² studio apartment provides a comfortable and trendy home in Brussels City Center. Despite being a studio, the bedroom is tucked away giving you the sensation that you have separated spaces. The studio is furnished with a double bed and standalone wardrobe. There is 1 full bathroom, a guest toilet, and a separate laundry room.

The studio apartment is perfect for those who love the fast-paced city life, due to its central location. You won't have to walk very far to find corner shops, bars, and restaurants. If you do need to go to another part of town, you have all methods of public transportation at your disposal.

What we liked the most

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
