This 35 m², ground-floor studio apartment is available to rent on Rue de Bruyn in Saint-Josse. The apartment is contemporary and decorated in a chic style, with cool touches like twin black and white coffee tables. The kitchen is well-equipped, and comes with a microwave combi-oven. The studio is very bright with the curtains open, and has access through the sliding glass doors to the shared patio area.

The apartment is in an area well-served by amenities, with plenty of useful shops for day-to-day life. There are banks and ATMs nearby, and a Proxy supermarket just around the corner. There are several popular restaurants and bars in the area, too, and you are just a short walk from the Schumann EU district.

What we liked the most

  • We love the apartment's chic, minimalist look. You have everything you need, but it takes up little space.
  • The studio is also very well equipped, and there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
  • You have access to the shared garden area through sliding doors in the main room.
  • This apartment is ideal for people working in the EU buildings in Schumann, you can walk to the Parliament in less than 20 minutes.
  • Music lover? You might want to check out Jazz Station on on Chaussée de Louvain for live performances.

Things to keep in mind

  • The oven in the apartment is a microwave combi-oven, rather than the traditional type. It can still roast a chicken though!

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
