What we liked the most

  • This cozy studio apartment features a pleasant sitting area with a sofa and a coffee table where tenants can enjoy breakfast or watch television.
  • There is also a table with two chairs which could be used as a place to dine or as a desk to study.
  • All utilities such as Wi-Fi are activated and included in the monthly rent.
  • The washing machine can also be used as a dryer, allowing you to take care of your washing in less time.
  • The bedroom area does not have a door but it is located behind a wall that separates it from the kitchen/living area, offering more privacy.
  • There is a spacious built-in closet, a chest of drawers and a clothes-rack, proving plenty of space to organise your clothes.
  • The apartment has central heating and central water heating.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen does not have an oven and is equipped with only a small fridge, but is otherwise well-equipped for cooking.
