Inside there is a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer. The bedroom has a large double bed, and the living room offers a sofa that can be converted into an extra bed. Bed linens and towels are provided. A dedicated desk supports remote work. The AC can heat and cool, and district heating is also available. All amenities function perfectly. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony or in the courtyard. The flat also includes an exercise bike, and a bicycle can be provided on request. A parking slot can be rented in the building’s garage as well.
