There is a working room and a huge wardrobe-room. In addition, there is a separate bathroom (toilet, bathtub, shower, washing machine) and a separate toilet in the apartment. American kitchen, kitchen with island (oven, hob, dishwasher), dining area. Ready to move in, fully furnished, mechanized. Very well-equipped area, five minutes walk, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries. Margaret Island ten minutes walk. Metro (Nyugati and Kossuth Square) about seven minutes walk. Recommended for those who like city life.
