The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator.

Extra high 4.2 meter ceilings, nice historic building, rear apartment which is extremely quiet. One minute away you will find #1 metro line (yellow) and the 4 & 6 Tram lines, the Opera house, all major shopping, supermarkets, Andrassy Blvd, Liszt Ferenc Ter, Starbucks and more. 5 minutes by foot to Dean Ferenc, Vaci utca, West End mall and the Danube.

One really nice sized bedroom with large windows, 2nd bedroom is a 1.8 meter tall private gallery/mezzanine (if not needed as a 2nd bedroom it could be used as a work area/office), large living room, very spacious bathroom including a very deep bathtub (and constant supply of hot water, centrally heated all included in the building’s common cost which saves a lot of money now that energy costs went up so much), very nice sized eat-in-kitchen, spacious walk-in closet and lot's of additional storage space.
Fully furnished, Central heating, new A/C unit, New Wash machine, New Fridge, Range, Flat screen TV & Cable TV. Located on the 3rd floor with three large original double windows so very sunny, quiet and insulated.
Pet friendly which is uncommon in Budapest!!!
Fully stocked kitchen, move in condition. Nice and flexible English speaking landlords.
