What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Wekerletelep - our neighbourhood - is a suburb designed hundered years ago in folk art neuveau style. It was built for village people to attract them to work in the factories of Budapest, during the rapidly developing era of the industrialization. This flat was originly a grocery store. Some elderly people living in the neigbourhood still remember the man who used to run the shop. Later the store was turned into a flat. Recently I bought this tiny property and built in the basement and the attic of the small flat. This way the total size of the apartment became sixty sqm. Staying here you can melt into the atmosphere of past.
