What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has four rooms, one shared bathroom with tub and toilet for rooms number three and four. Rooms number one and two have private bathrooms with shower and toilet. The extra costs are on average from seventy to ninety euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels.
IMPORTANT: Room four has the entrance through the shared bathroom (shared with one student only)
The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be Erasmus students.
