What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment has three rooms, one bathroom with shower, and a separated toilet. The flat has a living room with sofa, and kitchen. The extra costs are a hundred and twenty euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities (water, gas, electricity). We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee.
