What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment has five rooms, one bathroom with tub, sink, and toilet, another bathroom with shower and toilet, a spacious kitchen with dining area. The extra costs are hundred and twenty euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels. We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students. Let us know if you have any questions! See you soon!
