I rent this central apartment with 3 separate rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom.
To the monthly price for rent you have add common cost (€ 25,00) + gas and electricity
The costs of GAS and ELECTRICITY about € 40,00/ 50,00 for person during winter season. During the summer about € 20,00/30,00 depend of you and your flatmates.
Located in the historical center of Budapest on the central avenue "KAROLY KORUT", few step away from the pedestrian island "Vaci Utca" and the underground station "Deak Ferenc Ter", the only intersection of the 3 metro lines of Budapest and the tram. The apartment is very close to the "Hotel Le Meridienne" and "Kempinski Corvinus". There are many supermarket open 24h.
The apartment is 80 sqm, ideal for 3 people, with 3 independent bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment has large windows with double glazing, and enjoys excellent brightness and airy. It is warm in winter thanks to heating system and cool in summer thanks to the thick walls, the natural ventilation of the place together with a system of ceiling fan.
The end of rental time you have to pay € 30,00 for cleaning service.
