What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has three rooms, one bathroom with tub, plus a separated toilet. The extra costs are fix hundred and twenty euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities. We provide sheets and towels and basic kitchen equipment.
Room number three has the entrance from the shared bathroom!
We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
The flat is located in the heart of the seventh district close to bars, cafes, restaurants. Public transport like metro, trams and buses are a few steps from the building.
