There is a private bathroom, which belongs specifically to this room, and common kitchen, dining room, shared with the other flatmates. The flat is in good conditions, just after the renovation. The flat is located in district V, in the heart of Budapest, in between of Astoria and Ferenciek tere metro stations. Many universities are in close e.g. Corvinus, ELTE, BME. There is Aldi right next to the entrance of the building, Puskin cinema in front of the building, a lot of restaurants and party places around.
