What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
The apartment has four rooms, one bathroom with tub, plus one separated toilet. Room number four has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The extra costs are on average from eighty to hundred euros/month/room with cleaning service twice a month, internet, common costs and utilities (bills are always according to your consumption). We provide sheets and towels
We rent for six or twelve month periods from August (August-January/July), and six months period from February-July. The security deposit is two months rental fee. One room is maximum for one person, we don't rent to couples. The flatmates will be students.
