A newly refurbished apartment, on the top floor of a historic building in the heart of Budapest, next to the most central metro station. It includes a gallery with a double bed, a sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. You will be provided with everything you need for your stay (bed linens, towels etc) It is ideal for a couple or a single professional/student/nomad wishing a turn-key studio, in the city centre, ready to move-in. All bills are included in the price, assuming fair usage. However, if the duration of the lease is below three months, some tourist related taxes might apply. If your booking includes the Christmas/Easter period and you are planning to be off during that period, we are happy to pause the lease during that period and store your luggage until you are back (of course, we will not charge you anything for that period). By law, there needs to be a tenancy agreement. Hence, our acceptance of any reservation is conditional on the potential tenant signing our contract. This is primarily a short-letting property and therefore, respecting the check-out date is paramount, because the property will be on the market to be let after your check-out date. Therefore, our contract includes penalties for overstaying.
