The 25 m2 flat has been recently renovated, it is western-orientated, silent, looking onto a green courtyard. It is fully equipped, furnished! (please do not move in with furniture) with low-budget bills. It is available from 1st of March for 485 euros /month plus the monthly bills, with a 2-month deposit. The price is non-negotiable and is rented for one person. Please enquire with a short introduction by the owner.
