We offer for rent a furnished studio apartment on the first floor of an old building located on a quiet street close to Kodály körönd. The apartment consists of a large living room (also bedroom), a kitchen, a closet for the fridge, a bathroom and a toilet. The apartment is ideal for one person or for two people that get along very well. The windows of the living room face the street, and the kitchen window faces the corridor of the building. Besides the furniture, the apartment comes with a gas stove and oven, a washing machine and a fridge. Hot water and heating is managed by a condensing gas boiler. Both the apartment and the building facade are in good condition, the street was renovated last year to have more green and less cars around. The apartment is in a central location close to Hunyadi market and Városliget, and well connected with public transport (yellow metro, tram on the boulevard, trolley buses). However, the best way to get around this part of the city is using a bicycle.
