What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Flat is homy, has elevator and bright. All day sunny in spite of the city. Relative quiet, although city center, you are able to walk anywhere. Great discovering and learning environment. fifteen Universities, main Library, food store (Aldi), shops, restaurant, caffes, right at the corner. Airport bus is four min to walk, two Metro/ Underground stations are five-five min.walk and the tram four-six (only night and day hour tram to the party are and to the green Buda is also four min to walk.) Planty of tram stations are near. You have three beds plus a sleeping couch. Come and discover yourself the city center on foot.

Bright, quietly located, renovated and furnished studio flat on the 4th floor (with lift). The flat is located in the trendy quarter between Kálvin and Corvin tér in a beautiful old building with a courtyard. For students the location is incomparable - just around the corner are many universities (Semmelweiß, ELTE, Corvinus, BME, SOTE, Karoly, Közszolgalati, Pazmany).

The flat includes one large room (30 m2). It can be used by one person or also by two persons/couple. The equipment includes a chest, bed(s), desk(s), dining table. The flat has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Washing machine is available. The kitchen is newly furnished and fully equipped (cooker, microwaves, fridge/freezer).

Fastest internet connection (WLAN)

Supermarket, restaurants and cafés in the direct neighbourhood (Raday ut, Üllöl ut, Corvin Plaza).

Every place in Budapest is very easy to reach from this flat.
