What we liked the most

Our area is new, with many new buildings and good location near to unis. The public transporation oportunities are great in this area.

We have a stabel heating system, good internet, quality furnitures and a tenant only have to bring their own belongings everything else I give. So who moves in just gets everyting from me. Its not just an apartment ist a very well equipped apartment.
