With five double rooms available for rent, this modern flat will make a fantastic home for those traveling to Valencia by themselves and wanting to meet new people from around the world. It is located on Ppestalozi street, in the neighborhood of Quatre Carreres, very close to the renowned Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias, a state-of-the-art science complex and one of the city's must-visit attractions. The Centro Comercial El Saler, a popular shopping mall featuring a cinema and a large supermarket, is fifteen minutes from the apartment.

Einzug
Vereinbare dein Einzugsdatum, die Schlüsselübergabe und alles andere direkt mit dem Vermieter. Als zusätzliche Sicherheitsmaßnahme bezahlen wir die erste Monatsmiete 48 Stunden nach deinem Einzug nur dann an den Vermieter, wenn du uns keine Probleme mit der Wohnung meldest.

There are several bus stops situated within two minutes of the apartment, serving lines 35, N9, 6, N7, 18, 14 and 35. A 25-minutes walk will take you to train station Valencia-Estacio del Nord and metro station Bailén (line 5).
