The room will be completed and will be available in September 2023, with the possibility of visiting the site from July. The renderings are indicative of how it will be furnished.

- Booking and Check In procedure
- As soon as the booking request is accepted, you will receive a link to collect all your data to compile your preliminary contract
- Preliminary contract summarizes all rent and payment conditions. (Payment is divided into three moments):
- Payment with Spotahome
- Deposit payment due at signing preliminary contract
- Balance payment due before key delivery
- You will have to send the landlord a copy of your preliminary contract signed and the deposit payment receipt
- In the next days you will receive a link to schedule your check in appointment
- The day before your check in you will have to pay the balance specified in the preliminary contract
