Very attractive 70 sm apartment located on the 1st floor of the Depandance facing the garden of our historical Residenza along the Arno river, just few steps away from Polimoda and Santa Maria Novella. 

It consists of entrance, dining/sitting area with fully equipped kitchen corner. Two quite large double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Furnished outdoor garden in common with few other apartments.
