The flat is situated in an area well connected by public transports (bus and tramway) and also close to Novoli University (20 minutes on foot, but you can use public transport too) and other private universities. It is 15 minutes walk from the rail Station of Santa Maria Novella, 20 minutes from the historical centre. The room is double for SINGLE USE. It is only for one person. The flat is on the 3rd floor and the building has an elevator. The check-out is on the last day of the month by 10.30 am. Other possibilities can be agreed in advance. The rent is monthly and it is due on the 1st day of the month. Bedding is not provided, only a mattress cover.
The contract will be regularly registered at Agenzia delle Entrate.
