The flat is situated in an area well connected by public transports (bus and tramway) and also close to Novoli University and other private universities. It is 15 minutes walk from the rail Station of Santa Maria Novella and 20 minutes from the historical centre. The room is double for SINGLE USE. It is only for one person. The check-out is on the last day of the month by 10.30 am. Other possibilities can be agreed in advance. The rent is monthly and it is due on the 1st day of the month. Bedding is not provided, only a mattress cover.
The monthly cost of the private room and common parts is € 580 + € 150 for utilities (total cost per month is € 730), but from April to September the montly rent costs € 580 + € 180 for the utilities (€ 760). The cost of the utilities is due starting from the first month once arrived together with the deposit (euros 730) and the administration fees (euros 400). The contract will be regularly registered at Agenzia delle Entrate.
