Party? You’re in Berlin after all. Griessmühle is the spot. It must be good with parties like “Slave to the Rave” * – but honestly, who *isn’t a slave to the rave?
Fresh produce? Schillermarkt is refreshingly small and has great cheese.

Berlin has made the best of their unused airport, Tempelhofer Feld. It’s one of the city’s best big open spaces.
It’s a curious feeling running a kite down the runway, you have to try it once. A festival or 2 goes down here too. If you live around here, you’re bound to spend a fair few sunny days at the Feld.
