The property is located in the community of Mount Merrion, and it’s pretty much student central here. In fact, the University College Dublin schools of law and business are right around the corner. In the opposite direction and at the same approximate distance, you’ll find the gorgeous Deerpark, where you can relax, jog or picnic. It’s 4 minutes to the nearest Costcutter convenience store and 10 minutes to the local pharmacy. Restaurants are spread out in this part of town, but there is a Pizza Hut and a few other restaurants and cafes near the University, as well as by the park.
