Most popular London apartments for rent

No matter which London airport you need to travel to, we have rooms, studios and flats to suit all budgets across the city.

London Heathrow, London City Airport, Gatwick and Stansted. It's a balancing act every time you travel deciding which airport will be the most convenient. For those who need to travel to a London airport frequently, it makes sense to choose your home with easy access to public transport links so you don't spend hours trekking across town. We look at the best options for rental rooms, studios and flats to rent that will get you to the airport in no time.

London Heathrow Paddington is the obvious answer to get the Heathrow Express straight to the airport in just 15 minutes. It's one of the most reliable transport connections in London and is the largest aviation hub in the world. Other close by neighbourhoods worth a look-in are Maida Vale and Kensington.

London City Airport Connecting you to some of the major capitals in Europe as well as the Greek islands and the Balearic islands, London City Airport is one of the most conveniently located for those travelling to conferences and events held at ExCel London. Connected to the city by the DLR (Docklands Light Rail), it's the perfect airport for those living and working in Canary Wharf and the very affordable neighbourhood of Lewisham.

Gatwick Airport Offering more destinations than any other UK airport, Gatwick is a mix of national carriers and low-cost airlines. Victoria Station offers the most direct connect with the Gatwick Express, but it's not a huge time difference to take a regional train and save a few quid. The neighbourhoods of Westminster, Knightsbridge and Chelsea are right alongside, but you can bring down your monthly rent by hopping across the Thames to the lovely parkside suburb of Battersea.

Stansted Airport Let's face it, if you're flying regularly you're going to be trying to avoid travelling to Stansted each time. The furthest airport from central London, the trip from London Liverpool Street to the airport takes 47 minutes on the Stansted Express. The trade-off of course is that you can live in some of London's trendiest and most vibrant neighbourhoods such as Hackney, Shoreditch or Finsbury.
