What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Our apartment was totally refurbished three years ago. The apartment is situated in a beautiful quiet tree-lined London Street with a lovely local community. Views from the apartment overlook the street from the bay window in the lounge room & bedroom but with a quiet, more private space where the kitchen and bathroom are situated. It has the added benefit of being close to some of the best bus routes in London & an approx ten-minute walk to the nearest tube station, Willesden Green which is part of the excellent Jubilee line. We have welcomed Spotahome guests for several years now & welcome guests from around the world!

This very stylish 1-bedroom flat is located on Brondesbury Park in peaceful Brent. The fully furnished 50 m² flat has a spacious living room overlooking street views, a modern kitchen with an oven, stove and microwave, a lovely tiled bathroom, and a chic double bedroom.

Brondesbury Park t is the perfect place to live if you want to base yourself in a quiet residential community, while still being close to parks, transport and restaurants. This apartment doesn't let you down in any of those departments, with the Willesden Green Underground Station only 10-minutes away, as well as Roundwood Park and a collection of eateries.

What we liked the most

  • Need to be close to conveniences? Don't fret, there are a variety of supermarkets nearby.
  • The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including a stovetop, oven and microwave.
  • The decor is modern, comfortable and chic.
  • Central heating is installed to ensure you are comfortable over the winter months.
  • The bathroom has a spacious shower, sink and toilet.
  • There is plenty of storage space throughout.

Things to keep in mind

  • The flat is on the 1st floor and there is no elevator.

    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
