Well-maintained Art Nouveau villa built in the heart of Wiesbaden. This is a raided ground-floor studio.. The apartment was just completely rebuilt, thus it is a new construction within an old building. It features underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. The floor is covered with marble tiles. The walls are insulated with a Multipor/lime plaster system, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate. Due to this insulation system, there is a strict no-smoking policy in this unit. The bathroom includes a very large walk-in shower. The windows are modern soundproof windows with electric shutters that can also be controlled with the existing Alexa. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen, you will find a queen size box spring bed, a seating area by the window, and a big TV with a Fire TV Stick. You will receive a package mailbox that can accommodate packages of medium size. The ceiling light can be dimmed and the light color adjusted. There is indirect lighting that can be set to any color. Networked smoke detectors are installed in the building. Storage area above bath. Parking lot available for with extra charge. Common garden area, barbeque corner is in work.
