Well-kept Art Nouveau villa built in the heart of Wiesbaden. This is a second floor apartment. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower curtain and a rainfall shower. The balcony is divided by a glass privacy wall. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a washer-dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. In the bedroom there is a queen size box spring bed and a large wardrobe. Additionally, the living room has a sofa bed . Large televisions with Fire TV Stick are in the living room and bedroom. You receive a parcel mailbox that can also accommodate medium-sized packages. The ceiling lamps in the living room are dimmable and the light color (white only) can be adjusted. There are interconnected smoke detectors installed in the building. The apartment has a large storage space above the hallway, reachable by a ladder. The rooms (except the hallway) have high ceilings. Pets available on request (professional cleaning fee may apply).
