The flat is renovated a couple of years ago, with a lofty feeling. Little shops, restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corner! very easy to live and with the Saint-Pieters Station very closeby, but in a very calm neighbourhood/street, you can travel anywhere in Belgium and abroad without a car. The terrace is south orientated, and with lots of privacy. Not all is explained in the listing, for instance there is a washing machine and other facilities, please ask.
