What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Flat renovated in '19. Three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is older but in perfect condition. There is a very spacious living room with lot's of daylight comming in. Two balconies, a large one with a view on a courtyard, a smaller one with view on the parc. Located in the middle of Ghent, right next to a parc with lots of trees where many young people gather. The appartment is situated on the edge of the LEZ zone, so you can get to the appartment by car. Bedroom three is rented to Leon, a 22-year old student who was born in Ghent, he can give you all the inside information about this great student town GHENT.
