This charming 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Ánimas, Realejo, is nicely presented and very welcoming. The 50 m² property has 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living area. Tenants will also have access to a gorgeous shared terrace with beautiful views.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location, near the magical Alhambra and a short walk from the cathedral. This area will make a fantastic base to explore the city, with public transport, shops, restaurants and cultural attractions right on your doorstep.

What we liked the most
- There are several skylights that let in natural light.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials.
- The communal terrace will be a great place to get to know your neighbours.
