This chic 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle San Matías in the city centre. The tidy kitchen opens onto a living area with a sofa and TV, while the bedroom has a double bed and chest of drawers.
There are a few restaurants within walking distance, as well as some bars. The Plaza de Mariana Pineda is also within a 5-minute walk, while the Torres Bermejas is a little further away. If you want to explore, Generalife is easily accessible via a 20-minute bus ride.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- The University of Granada is only a 5-minute walk away.
- There is a terrace which is shared by the apartment building.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- The living room and kitchen has a lovely wooden floor, while the bedroom has a patterned tile floor.
- There are small balconies which can be accessed through the bedroom and living room.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is no parking, there is public transport nearby.
- The refrigerator is half-sized, but would be suitable for 1-2 people.
- Only Erasmus studentsare accepted in this property.
