This charming loft apartment on Calle San Matías, in the city centre, has been recently renovated and opens out onto a small balcony. The interior property is fully furnished, including a double bed, brand new sofa, and television. There is also a modern bathroom and a kitchen with all the essentials.
The apartment boasts a fantastic central location, just around the corner from the Cathedral of Granada and close to the best the city has to offer. You will find numerous shops and restaurants nearby, and buses stop just minutes away to take you around the city.
What we liked the most
- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- There is a gorgeous shared terrace in the building with stunning panoramic views.
- The flat screen TV can be enjoyed from a comfortable sofa or the dining table.
- The apartment is modern and well equipped.
- The bathroom has been nicely renovated.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
- There is no AC in the apartment.
- Only Erasmus studentsare accepted in this property.
