The apartment includes two bathrooms and a big kitchen with a co-living area. Each bedroom is equipped with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and a air conditioning/heating system. Only Bedroom 1 can be occupied by 2 people, the other bedrooms must have a single occupancy.

Bed linen and towels are provided. All the expenses of water, electricity, gas, and internet, as well as a weekly cleaning service, are included in the rent.

Located less than 1 minute walking distance to the Cathedral. in a quiet pedestrian street, but still right next to all the restaurants, bars and shops.
