- The terrace has views to the Alhambra palace, Sierra Nevada mountain range and the Cathedral!
- The studio has been recently renovated and is equipped with brand new furnishings.
- There are beautifully tiled floors.
- The kitchen has a microwave, coffee machine, and half-refrigerator.
- There is a shared terrace with beautiful views which will be a great place to meet the neighbours.

- The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room. There are 3 washing machines for 3 apartments.
